Aim of the Program

With the rapid acceleration of today's technological developments, there is an inevitable development and change in the fields of e-shopping and e-marketing, as in every field of technology. The fact that remote shopping has become one of the most preferred methods has caused many large and small-scale e-commerce companies to compete with each other and the formation of a large market. Therefore, the need for expert and experienced staff for the management of this technological market is increasing day by day. Istanbul Gelişim University Faculty of Applied Sciences Department of Electronic Commerce and Management aims to train qualified personnel who have the knowledge and equipment to respond to today's needs, and who are competent in all phases of digital markets and technical operation process.

Objectives of the Program

The development of e-commerce transaction volumes of developed and developing countries day by day shows a positive momentum in our country. In this context, the need for marketing and sales, business development, e-brand and customer management, business intelligence experts, e-supply chain management experts in our country is increasing day by day. The scarcity of departments that provide 4-year training in this field in Turkey causes the need for qualified personnel in the market. The Department of Electronic Commerce and Management aims to close this gap in our country and to train qualified e-commerce experts.
