Aim and Objectives

Aim of the Program

Our aim is to accept Turkish and World cuisines as the humanitiy's heritage, examine them at academic level, and in particular, raise Turkish cuisine culture internationally.

 

Objectives of the Program

To educate qualified gastronomy experts who have Gelişim-based background, see evolution and development as an absolute part of the life, act as solution-oriented thinker, team player and leader, approach to the gastronomy scientifcally and philosophically, are respectful to the society and enviroment, and have creativity and intellectual thinking.
