Language and Speech Therapy undergraduate program aims to educate graduates who can identify communication, language, speech, voice and swallowing disorders, apply preventive and therapeutic approaches, observe professional and ethical values and use technological developments effectively.
The Department of Language and Speech Therapy targets to inform and raise public awareness, to contribute to science, and to work in a contemporary way with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach.
Graduates as a Speech and Language Therapist, they can work in private clinics and rehabilitation centers, public health centers, research institutes or universities, hearing impaired schools and pre-school education programs. After the undergraduate education, they can complete the master's and doctoral programs.
Students enrolled in this program can transfer between health science departments.
