Career Opportunities

Graduates as a Audiologist, they can work in private clinics and rehabilitation centers, research institutes or universities, hearing impaired schools and pre-school education programs. After the undergraduate education, they can complete the master's and PhD programs.

Future of the Department

According to World Health Organization data, hearing and balance impairments are becoming more common. Unless something is done, at least 700 million people with hearing loss will require access to ear and hearing care, as well as other rehabilitation treatments. Early detection and correction of hearing loss is now possible thanks to the widespread use of neonatal hearing screening protocols. Similarly, balance difficulties are a condition that negatively impacts people's daily lives, is becoming more common nowadays, and must be resolved with the help of an audiologist. As a result, the demand for Audiology Science and audiologists is growing by the day.
