Summer Internship I is a practical training activity aimed at enabling students to observe industrial activities in the field of aerospace engineering firsthand, become familiar with design, manufacturing, analysis, and maintenance processes, and develop skills in adapting to the workplace, technical reporting, and professional working practices. Accordingly, students completing the internship are expected to achieve the following learning outcomes: 1.Ability to collect the following information about the company where the internship is carried out: a. Company name and address, b. A brief history describing the development of the company, c. The company's vision, mission, and objectives, d. The general organizational chart of the company. 2.Ability to identify the fields of activity of the company. 3.Ability to discuss the position of the sector in which the company operates within the national economy and its relationships with related sectors. 4.Ability to draw the layout plan of the facilities and/or hangars. 5.Ability to examine and explain basic manufacturing processes, workshop operations, and activities. 6.Ability to examine and explain the software used within the company. 7.Ability to examine and explain fundamental manufacturing and/or maintenance processes. 8.Ability to examine and explain occupational safety and ergonomic measures implemented in the factory or workplace, including factors such as lighting, ventilation, heating, noise, and humidity; working postures during standing, sitting, carrying, and loading operations; fatigue and stress resulting from production rates; and the organization of working and rest periods.
