Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to observe the historical processes of management theories, to explain the basic functions of management and to enable students to analyze organizational structures of enterprises. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts about management, development of management thought, management functions, organizational structures, motivation in organizations, leadership in organizations, conflict and crisis management in organizations, organizational development process and learning organizations |
