OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To understand the relationship between the transformation of political factors into aesthetic approaches and aesthetic and political analysis.
Contents of the Course Unit: Within the scope of the course, the possible relations between the two accepted values are discussed. In this respect, the relationship between aesthetics and politics will be re-considered within the framework of human, nature and humanity products.

To be able to question the relation of cinema with politics.
To be able to analyze how Political Cinema pushes the limits of conventional representation strategies.
To be able to analyze and discuss the formal and aesthetic tendencies of political films in broader cinematic contexts.
To be able to analyze the differences between political cinema and mainstream cinema products.
