Objectives of the Course Unit: | To inform the students about the legal regulations relevant to health care workers. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | This course; Legislation and the basis of health institutions legislation concepts, legislation on public and environmental health, legislation on the provision of health services, legislation on private health institutions, legislation on financing of health services, concepts and definitions on procurement legislation, procurement legislation, regulation on the implementation of procurement of goods, It includes legislation on the rights and obligations of healthcare personnel, concepts about medical practice errors and physician's responsibility, patient rights legislation, legislation on emergency health services, what is the health transformation program ?, practices within the framework of the health transformation program. |
