OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Management functions in Health Care Institutions; Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordination, Control and Functions of Management; The concept of health, health system, organization of health system, etc. is obtained.
Contents of the Course Unit: Definition of Health Institutions, Factors Affecting Health-Health, Hospital Board of Directors, Physician Performance Management, Patient Complaint Management, Purchasing Management in Health Institutions, Health Institutions and Media Relations, Human resources management in health institutions includes Management Psychology.
