OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course, the historical development of management science (classical, neoclassical and modern management approaches), postmodern management theories, motivation, leadership, conflict management, recognition of organizational culture, understanding of the behaviors and behaviors in the organization and their application of these concepts. It is aimed to gain angle.
Contents of the Course Unit: In the content of this course, basic concepts and definitions related to management and organization, classical, neoclassical and modern management theories, functions of management, management processes, organizational culture, motivation theories, leadership, conflict, organizational behavior and post-modern management theories are examined.
