OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı öğrencilere işçi ve işveren arasındaki hukuki ilişkiyi İş Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde anlatarak, iş sözleşmesi, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesi, ihbar ve kıdem tazminatları ile ilgili temel bir eğitim vermeyi tanımlar.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu ders bireysel iş hukuku ve toplu iş hukuku olmak üzere iki ana başlık altında işlenecektir. Bireysel iş hukuknda işçi ve işveren arasındaki ilişki, özellikle hizmet sözleşmesinin kurulması, hükümleri ve sona ermesi üzerinde durulacak; toplu iş hukukunda ise sendikaların kurulması ve işleyişi, toplu iş sözleşmeleri, toplu iş uyuşmazlıklarının barışçıl yollardan çözümlenmesi ve iş mücadelesi türlerinden grev ve lokavt konuları tanımlar.
