OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Students in patient samples from the clinical microbiology laboratory is to provide information regarding the identification of infectious agents.
Contents of the Course Unit: Clinical methods of taking samples, to be sent to the laboratory conditions and implementation processes, the methods used in the diagnosis of bacteria. used in microbiology media and purposes and methods of preparation, blood culture techniques and evaluation, mycobacterial culture methods and evaluation, anaerobic culture methods, antibiotic susceptibility testing, mycology used in the culture and methods of diagnosis, virus, diagnostic methods, serological diagnosis, molecular biological methods.
