OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Diş hekimliği 2. sınıf öğrencilere tam dişssiz ve kısmı dişsiz hastalarda tedavi gerçekleştirebilmek için gerekli teorik olarak bilgi ve pratik olarak becerinin kazandırılması.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Hastalarda tam ve kısmı diş kayıplarında tedavi yöntemlerini ve dikkat edilmesi gerekenleri öğrenciye teorik olarak aktarılıp laboratuvar işlemlerinin uygulamalı olarak öğretilmesi.

DERSİN ÖĞRENME ÇIKTILARI (Öğrenciler, bu dersi başarı ile tamamladıklarında aşağıda belirtilen bilgi, beceri ve/veya yetkinlikleri gösterirler.) Hastalarda diş eksikliği nedeni ile oluşan problemleri ve sorunları bilir. Hastaya tam ve bölümlü protez endikasyonu koyabilir ve tedavi planı yapabilir. Tam ve bölümlü protezleri tanıyabilir ve diğer protez türleriyle karşılaştıdığından bu protezleri ayırt edebilir. Ağzın tam protez ve bölümlü protez için hazırlanması işleminin prensiplerini kavrar. Tam ve bölümlü protezlerin yapım aşamalarını öğrenir.
