Objectives of the Course Unit: | Dersin amacı, organizmada gelişen patolojik olayları hücre ve doku bazında öğretmek. Temel patolojik değişikliklerin ve fonksiyonel bozuklukların nedenlerini ve oluşum mekanizmalarını yorumlayabilmek. Klinik diş hekimliğinde karşılaşılabilecekleri hastalıkların temel patolojik değişimleri ve sonuçları hakkında yorum yapabilme becerisini kazandırmak. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Organizmada gelişen temel patolojik değişikliklerin nedenlerini, mekanizmalarını belirleyip, hücre ve dokuda oluşan değişiklikleri hastalıklarla ilişkilendirir, tanıya gider ve prognozunu belirler |

1. Dersi başarı ile tamamlayan öğrenci klinik diş hekimliği uygulamalarında organ ve dokuda karşılaştığı ödem, hiperemi, nekroz, dejenerasyon, rejenerasyon, pigmentler ve birikimleri, hipertrofi, hiperplazi, metaplazi, inflamasyon, immun reaksiyonlar, neoplazi ve anomaliler gibi patolojik değişiklikleri tanır. 2. Karşılaştığı patolojik değişikliklerin nedenlerini ve oluşum mekanizmalarını değerlendirir. 3. Gözlemlediği patolojik olguları makroskobik düzeyde tanımlar ve hastalıklarla ilişkilendirir. 4. Tanı için gerekli yöntemleri belirler. 5. Olgunun prognozunu yorumlar. |
