OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, restoratif diş tedavisinin temel kavramlarını ve dişin sert dokularının histolojisini tanıyarak çürük yada çürük dışı sebeplerden kaynaklanan dişteki sert doku kayıplarının karşılanmasına yönelik tüm tedavi yaklaşımlarını ve bu amaçla kullanılan restoratif malzeme, ekipman ve teknikleri açıklamaktır. Ayrıca Restoratif diş tedavisi (DHF332) Teorik I dersinde teoriği verilen tüm bu bilgileri preklinik ve fantom laboratuarı ortamında uygulamalı olarak anlatıp, pratik uygulamalar yaptırarak öğrencinin klinik uygulamalara hazırlanmasıdır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği; çürüksüz lezyonlar, doku anomalileri ve çürük risk değerlendirme ve profilaktik yöntemleri tanımak, tükürk, diş renklenmeleri, beyazlatma, dentin hassasiyeti, kuafaj, modern kavite prensipleri, adeziv sistemler, C faktörü, hibrit tabaka, pinli restorasyonlar, post uygulamaları, kompozit ve seramik inley ve onley restorasyonlardır. Ayrıca bu dersin içeriği; modeller üzerinde teorisi anlatılmış olan tüm kavite preparasyonlarının uygulamalı olarak yapılması, daha sonra aynı uygulamaların akrilik çene ve plastik dişler üzerinde tekrarlanması, sonrasında çekilmiş insan dişleri üzerinde kavite açma kurallarına bağlı kalarak uygulamalar yapılması, siman yerleştirme, amalgam uygulanması, kompozit restorasyon uygulamaları ve son olarak bahsedilen tüm bu uygulamaları fantom diş laboratuarında tekrar edilmesi.

1. Atrizyon, Abrazyon, Erozyon ve Abfraksyon gibi çürüksüz lezyonları açıklar. 2. Doku anomalilerinin tanımını yapar, etyolojisini ve tedavi yöntemlerini açıklar. 3. Çürük sınıflama,risk değerlendirmesi yapar, aktivite testlerini sıralar ve profilaksiyi açıklar. 4. Tükürük hakkındaki kapsamlı bilgiyi açıklar. 5. Diş renklenmelerini tanır, etyolojisini açıklar ve Beyazlatma uygulamalarını sıralar. 6. Dentin hassasiyeti ve kuafaj hakkındaki bilgiyi açıklar. 7. Modern kavite prensiplerini sıralar ve açıklar. 8. Adeziv sistemler, C faktörü ve Hibrit tabakayı mekanizmaları ile birlikte açıklar. 9. Pinli restorasyonlar ve güncel metal ve fiber post uygulamalarını açıklar. 10. Çürük temizlenmesinde operatif olmayan yöntemleri sıralar ve açıklar. 11. Kompozit İnley ve Onleyleri açıklar. 12. Porselen İnley ve Onleyleri açıklar. 13. Ormocer, giomer, iyon salan komp, siloranlar ve ağız bakım ürünlerini açıklar. 14. Akrilik çene ve plastik dişler üzerinde teorisi bilinen tüm kavite preparasyonlarını uygular. 15. Çekilmiş insan dişleri üzerinde teorisi bilinen tüm kavite preparasyonlarını uygular. 16. Preparasyonu biten kavitelere güncel tüm siman uygulamalarını başarılı bir şekilde yapar. 17. Amalgam hazırlanması, kaviteye yerleştirilmesi, kondensasyonu, modelajı ve cila işlemlerini başarı ile uygular. 18. Her türlü kaviteye Kompozit Rezin uygulamalarını başarı ile yapar. 19. Pratik uygulamalar ile edindiği tüm bilgi, beceri ve deneyimleri Fantom laboratuarında gerçeğine en yakın bir şekilde başarı ile uygular.
