OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of this course is to teach motivation, job satisfaction, groups and teams, leadership, power and policy, conflict and negotiation management, organizational culture. And also inform students about current issues in OB field and OB studies.
Contents of the Course Unit: Management and Organizational Behavior, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Groups and Teams, Leadership, Power and Policy, Conflict and Negotiation Management, Organizational Culture,Adopting HR Policy, Organizational Change and Stress Management, Organizational Communication, New Approaches in Organizational Behavior,Organizational Behavior Studies.
