OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Bu derste öğrenciler, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında sosyal taraflar ile iş güvenliği uzmanı ve işyeri hekimlerinin hak, görev ve sorumluluklarını öğreneceklerdir.
Contents of the Course Unit: Main principles of Labor law and employer’s responsibility to protect employee in work, international conventions and national legal sources about occupational health and safety law, responsibilities and duties of employer within the framework of Occupational Health and Safety law No.6331 and secondary legislation, rights, responsibilities and duties of occupational safety specialist and occupational health physicians, occupational health and safety inspection and administrative sanctions.

Main principles of labour law and employer’s responsibility about protecting employee in work,

Legal duties and responsibilities of employer on occupational health and safety law,
