Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to gain knowledge and skills about basic nursing practices, competencies, interventional procedures for nursing practices, and providing care to patients and healthy individuals. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The Concept of Health and Disease, The Concept of Human and Environment, Basic Human Needs, The Role of The Nurse in The Development and Maintenance of Health, Nursing Profession, Authority and Responsibilities, Nursing Philosophy, Theories and Concepts, Health Care System, Health Team Concept, Patient Acceptance, Individual Hygiene, Infection Control and Applications, Vital Signs, Drug Applications, Daily Life Activities, Nursing Process. |
