OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to know the basic concepts of human resources management and understand the importance of effective use of human resources.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as job definition and analyses in human resources units; job evaluation; worker finding, selection and measurement techniques; interview techniques; performance evaluation system and wage management; industrial relations; detailed information and studies on integrating information technologies into the HR process.

Define the general concepts in Human Resources and the historical development of human resources.
Distinguish the differences between Human Resources Management and Personnel Management.
Interpret the legislation of Labor Law No. 4857.
Explain the main fields of activity of Human Resources Management.
Relate the human resources practices with technology and innovation.
Define how the performance management system is formed.
Summarize the subjects of human resources management.
