OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The purpose of this course is to explain the changes in peer relations during childhood and adolescence, and the bullying as a dimension of aggression.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course involves the peer relations in childhood and adolescence, social dominance and aggression in children and bullying as a dimension of aggression, historical changes in bullying studies and the evaluation of prevalence, importance and predictive factors of bullying within the framework of empirical research findings, discussing the prevention and intervention methods.
