OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is to lecture the development of the story genre in the Republic Period, and to introduce the Turkish storytellers of the period and to analyze their selected works. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | It includes the lives and stories of prominent writers of Turkish literature in the Republican period such as Memduh Şevket Esendal, Sabahattin Ali, Sait Faik Abasıyanık, Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı, Haldun Taner, Nezihe Meriç, Tahsin Yücel, Ferid Edgü, Leyla Erbil and Bilge Karasu. |
