Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is to teach the Galileo system which is the international reservation system used in travel agencies. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Airline booking entries, PNR creation, obligatory entries, non-obligatory entries, special request entries, changes to PNR, divide, queue, e-mail entries, automatic pricing, ticket rules. |
