OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of this course is to provide the students with a global perspective on the international labor force and to help them recognize the concepts related with international human resources.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; basic concepts of international management, management of international companies, human resource management in multinational organizations, characteristics of international labor force, intercultural communication and conflict management.
