OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: In this course, students will understand the relationship between organizational culture and leadership and gain the ability to use it in business life. At the end of the course, students will be able to interpret how organizational culture will be built in an enterprise and the role of leadership in this construction and adapt it to the business life.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; organizational culture, functions of organizational culture, characteristics of leaders influencing culture, national and global culture, change in organizations, effective leadership behaviors.

Explain the concept, functions and levels of organizational culture. (Bloom 2)
List the behaviors of leaders who influence the culture in enterprises. (Bloom 1)

Analyze the effect of leadership in the development of organizational culture. (Bloom 4)
