OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | To learn the historical development of hotel management, to know the general characteristics of hotel businesses, to understand the operation of management organization activities in hotel businesses and to have information about the current situation of modern hotel management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | This course includes the functions of the accommodation sector in the tourism industry, types of accommodation businesses, basic functions such as management-organization, financing, accounting, service operations and marketing in hotel businesses, classification of hotel businesses, departments of hotel businesses. |
