OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to give the students basic information about management and organization and to teach management theories and functions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as definition of management and basic information about management, differences between management and leadership, history of management and management theories.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Know the functions of management.
Discuss the development of the concepts of management and organization.
Detect the conditions for adaptation to uncertain conditions of organizations.
Identify the techniques that managers use to control the inner environment.
Estimate the results of leadership models.
Analyze the data to determine the control methods.
