OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (ERP) sistemlerinin fonksiyonlarını ve faydalarını anlamak için gerekli bilgiyi sağlamaktır. Bu dersin sonunda öğrenciler, bir ERP sisteminin etkilerini ve bir ERP yazılımının iş süreçlerini nasıl entegre ettiğini MS Dynamics AX ERP programını kullanarak öğreneceklerdir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, Kurumsal Kaynak Planlamanın (ERP) gelişimi, ERP ile ilgili temel kavramlar; ERP’nin işletmeler için önemi; ERP sistemlerinin temel modülleri: Üretim planlama, satış ve dağıtım, malzeme yönetimi, finans, insan kaynakları, proje yönetimi; Türkiye’de ve dünyada ERP pazarı; Pazarda mevcut ERP sistemleri; ERP projelerinin yönetimi, ERP projelerinde karşılaşılan zorluklar ve kritik başarı faktörleri, ERP sistemlerinin geleceği, MS Dynamics Ax ERP sistemi uygulamalarıdır.

Kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemi sorunlarını tespit eder.
Kurumsal kaynak planlama sisteminin kapsam ve terimlerini açıklar (MM, SCM, CRM, HRM gibi).
Kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemlerinin kurumlar üzerindeki etkilerini analiz eder.
Karar almayı desteklemek için kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemini kullanır.
Bir kuruluşun kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemi uygulaması için hazır olup olmadığını yazılı bir şekilde değerlendirir.
