OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders, kamu hukukunun bir alt dalını oluşturan idare hukukunun temel ilkelerini tanıtmayı, organik ve fonksiyonel anlamda idare kavramını tanımlayabilmeyi ve Türk idari yapısını, idari teşkilat ve idari etkinliklerin hukuksal yönlerini irdelemeyi amaçlamaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriğini; idare hukukunun tarihsel arka planı ve gelişimi, idare hukukunun anayasal dayanakları, idari teşkilat, idari işlem, idari sözleşmeler, idarenin sorumluluğu, kamu malları, idarenin denetlenmesi konuları oluşturmaktadır.
