OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Administrative Structure of Turkey course is to inform students about issues and problems specific to the public administration.
Contents of the Course Unit: Administrative Structure of Turkey course covers operating principles and forms of local government and other state institutions.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Turkey's principles regarding the management structure defines the elements and organs.
It explain the structure, functioning, duties, and powers of local government, decentralization, and independent administrative authorities.
Analyzes the changes in the administrative structure in the light of political theories and political history.
The course uses information about the political thoughts and theories in order to interpret the changes in Turkey's administrative structure.
