OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to improve aptitude for discovering the Turkish administrative structure, presenting the interaction between political-public management, analysing factors effecting the policy-making process in public and politics.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include historical development of public administration concept, organization and operation of Turkish public administration, general information regarding bureaucracy and Turkish administrative reforms and public administration discipline.

Explain the interaction between public administration and political science .
Identify the difference between classical and modern approaches in public administration.
Apply approaches and principles in modern public administration with case analysis.
Recall and spell concepts in public administration and political sciences discipline
Describe the process in public policies and politics and factors effecting this process.
