OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste öğrencilerin, örgüt kültürü ile liderlik arasındaki bağıntıyı anlaması ve bunu iş yaşamında kullanabilme yeteneği kazanması amaçlanmaktadır. Dersin sonunda öğrenciler bir işletmedeki örgüt kültürünün nasıl inşa edileceğini ve liderliğin bu inşadaki rolünü yorumlayabilir ve iş yaşamına adapte edebilir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin kapsamında; örgüt kültürü, örgüt kültürünün fonksiyonları, kültüre etki eden liderlerin özellikleri, ulusal ve global kültür, örgütlerde değişim, etkili liderlik davranışları yer almaktadır.
