OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce historical aspect of the process shaped following the articulation of countries with one another economically at the present time and positive and negative aspects of this process on countries. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include start of globalization, globalization of states and markets, globalization rise, Bretton Woods, customs tariffs and commercial practices, World Trade Organisation, globalization of the capital, communication and transportation costs, growth of multinational institutions, growth in disparities after globalization and poverty, change in the structure of labour force, employment and unemployment, informal sector, syndication and social security systems and social policies. |

Discuss proactive policies to be applied in current environmental problems as in “Food offer” ve “global warming” |
