Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to; introduce the theoretical and technical aspects of the budget, which is the basic financial instrument of the state, and improve aptitude for evaluating the budgeting theories and budgeting process. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; budget concept and development, features of the state budget, principles of the state budget, types of the state budget, budgeting processes in Turkish public finance, actors and control of the budget. |
