OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, uluslararası finansal sistemi, sınır aşan sermaye hareketlerini kullanılan piyasa yapılarını, bu piyasalarda işlem gören menkul kıymetleri ve uluslararası işletmelerin nakit, alacak ve stok politikalarını nasıl yönettikleri konusunda öğrencileri bilgi, beceri ve yetkinliklerle donatmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, uluslararası finansal sistemin işleyişi, döviz kuru sistemleri, uluslararası sermaye hareketleri, ödemeler dengesi, uluslararası döviz, tahvil ve öz kaynak piyasaları, uluslararası işletmelerin nakit, alacak ve stok politikaları ile yatırım kararlarından oluşmaktadır.

Uluslararası finansal sistemi meydana getiren parçaları ve döviz kuru sistemlerini öğrenir.
Uluslararası sermaye hareketlerinin nedenlerini ve ekonomik yapı üzerindeki etkisini belirtir.
Ödemeler dengesi genel çerçevesini ana hatlarıyla belirtir ve ödemeler dengesi hesaplarını örneklerle açıklar.
Döviz piyasasını, döviz vadeli işlemlerini ve döviz opsiyon işlemlerini inceler.
Uluslararası tahvil piyasalarını ve tahvil ihraç etme yöntemlerini açıklar.
Uluslararası hisse senedi piyasalarına hisse senedi ihraç türlerini örneklerle açıklar.
Uluslararası işletmelerin stok ve alacak politikası ile yatırım kararlarının detaylarını ölçeklerle açıklar.
