OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste İslam öncesi dönemden başlayarak İslam medeniyeti, Anadolu’daki uygarlıkların etkileri ve batılılaşma süreci içinde Türk idare tarihindeki gelişme ve değişim öğeleri ile Türk devlet örgütlenmesinin tarih içindeki dönüşümünü analitik olarak incelemek amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği İslamiyet öncesi Türk devletleri, Türk devlet teşkilatlanmasında İslamiyetin etkisi, Türk devlet teşkilatlanmasında Bizans ve İran etkisi, Türk devlet teşkilatlanmasında Abbasi ve Emevi etkisi, Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı, Selçuklu ve Osmanlı yönetim yapısı, Erken Cumhuriyet Dönemi’nde Osmanlı idari mirası ve Türk-İslam Devlet geleneği yansımaları, Türkiye devlet teşkilatlanması ve yönetim yapısı konularından oluşmaktadır.

Türk idari yapısının kültürel ve politik mirasını açıklar.
Eski Türk devlet teşkilatlanmasını betimler.
Selçuklu, Osmanlı ve Türkiye yönetim yapısını karşılaştırır.
Türk-İslam Devletlerindeki yönetim yapısının temel dayanaklarını, Türkiye devlet yapısı ve teşkilatlanmasıyla ilişkilendirir.
Türk kamu yönetimindeki güncel gelişmeleri tarihsel bağlam içinde ilişkilendirir.
