OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of lesson; To provide students with the ability to analyze human movements by using the mechanic principles and basic physical laws of physical education and sports. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course content; Principles of biomechanics in sports and movements of skeletal-muscular systems, the importance of biomechanics in athlete performance, safety of movement in sports and prevention of injuries, movement and movement patterns, muscle and nerve activities, types of contraction, muscle, tendon mechanics and muscle contraction mechanics, circulation, respiratory mechanics, skeletal It covers the structure and chemistry of muscles, movement analysis, muscular strength, power, results and analysis of force in sports techniques, analysis of sports techniques. |
