OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the knowledge and skills of applying the performance tests used to measure motoric characteristics and sportive skills and interpreting the data obtained as a result of the tests. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course content; basic concepts of sportive performance, aerobic fitness tests, anaerobic fitness tests, muscular strength tests, body composition tests, flexibility tests, agility tests, speed tests, balance tests, reaction time tests, skill tests, evaluation of test results, sportive performance tests, results The factors affecting the test and the situations that require stopping the test include performance tests applied in individual and team sports, test protocols specific to branches, reliability and validity of the test. |
