OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to design and plan the activities related to water resources within the scope of hydraulic and hydrology subjects.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course includes topics such as river morphology and sediment transport, which form the basis of water resources projects, as well as the design of structures such as flood control, dams, reservoirs, moorings and spillways.

To be able to prepare river development projects.
To be able to prepare flood control projects.
To be able to prepare the projects for diversion dams, dams, and hydroelectric power plants.
