OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aimed to teach the stages of construction and cost calculations of the building, starting from the thought of constructing a building until it is completed and ready for use.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course includes the concepts related to construction management and construction site, the importance of the construction site in construction production, preparation of the construction site establishment plan, preparation of the layout plan, legal regulations related to construction, and quantity take off and cost estimation applications.

To be able to have an idea about the concept of a Construction Site.
To be able to have information about different types of construction sites with sample applications.
To be able to obtain information about the construction site facilities.
To be able to Make cost and progress payment calculations for the construction project.
