Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Öğrencilere çağdaş şantiye yönetim bilgisi kazandırmak, yapı maliyet ve hakediş hesaplarının hazırlanmasını öğretmek, iş programı tekniklerini bilgisayar destekli olarak yapmak ve becerilerin kazandırılmasıdır.
To provide students with contemporary site management knowledge, to teach the preparation of building cost and billing calculations, to make work program techniques with computer aided and to acquire skills. |

Yapı yönetimi ile ilgili tanımlar, şantiye organizasyonu ve yönetimi, kazı işleri ve zeminlerin sınıflandırılması, kazı hacmi hesapları, nakliye analizleri, ihale işleri ve sözleşmeleri, metraj ve keşif işleri, iş programları (GANNT,PERT,CPM), bilgisayar destekli iş programlama hazırlama, işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği
Structural management definitions, site organization and management, classification of excavation works and grounds, excavation volume calculations, transportation analyzes, tendering and contracting, quantities and reconnaissance work, work schedules (GANNT,PERT,CPM, computer aided work scheduling, worker health and work safety |
