OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Mekatronik Mühendisliği öğrencilerine analog elektronik kavramlarını, hazır entegre (IC) devre kullanımı ve devre tasarımı simülasyon yazılımlarının kullanımı öğretmek.
Contents of the Course Unit: Mühendislik perspektifinde Yarı-İletken Fiziğine Giriş. Temel Elektronik Devre Elemanları; Diyot, Bipolar Jonksiyon Tranzistor (BJT) ve Metal Oksid Yarı İletken Tranzistorler, Çalışma Prensipleri, Özeğriler, Küçük İşaret Analizleri, Eşdeğer Devreleri. Kuvvetlendirici Devreler, Filtreler ve bu devreleri tasarlarken dikkate alınacak kıstaslar.
