Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to explain the structure and the basis of communication by considering the types and characteristics of communication. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; memorizing the basic concepts of communication, summarizing the ways of establishing effective communication skills, remembering the necessary tools to create a communication strategy and distinguishing the forms of communication. |
