OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin örgütsel davranış alanının temel kavramlarını bilerek konu ile ilgili bilgi sahibi olmaları ve uygulamada kullanabilecekleri yeteneği kazandırmaktır. Öğrencilere örgütsel davranış hakkında bilimsel bir farkındalık yaratmak.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; örgütsel davranışa giriş, örgüt içinde birey ve kişilik, duygular ve tutumlar, iş tatmini, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel motivasyon, örgüt kültürü, örgütlerde grup ve grup süreçleri, örgütlerde liderlik ve teorileri, örgütlerde iletişim ve çatışma, örgütlerde stres ve yönetimi, örgütlerde güç ve politika, örgütsel öğrenme ve örgütsel adalet konularını kapsamaktadır.
