Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply different techniques specific to wrestling sports in their own work. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Content of the course; Definitions and concepts related to wrestling, historical development of wrestling, wrestling contest rules and wrestling techniques. |
