OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | Development of Turkey and the World Sports Law, Sports of the Organization, the Sport Dispute Resolution and give information about the Sports Law Legislation. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Introduction to law and sports law, the relationship between basic human rights and sports, sources of sports law, sportsman-club, club-federation, sports-federation relations, anti-doping in sports, prevention of violence and discipline in sports competitions, sports contracts, legal responsibility in sports and disputes in sports law Describes ways to resolve the solution. |

Will have knowledge about the general definition of law and the sources of sports law. |
Will be able to have information about the settlement of disputes in the field of sports. |
Obtain the obligations imposed by the Violence Law in Sports and the sanctions stipulated in contradiction to these obligations |
Will be able to have information about the concept of discipline in sport and the measures taken to prevent athletes from doping in competitions |
Have knowledge about management structure in sport and working procedures of sport organizations. |
