Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, uçucu personelin görev ve sorumlulukları ile birlikte imaj, kişisel bakım, protokol kuralları, görgü kuralları, üniforma kuralları, beden dili ve iletişim, takım çalışması ve motivasyon konularında eğitim vererek öğrencileri sektöre hazırlamak.
