OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This derste will be examined from the prehistoric era on the development of fine arts.
Contents of the Course Unit: Birth of Prehistoric Age and Art. Monumental Remains, Paintings, I. and II.Hayvan Uslubu, The Oldest Sculpture Examples, Portable Small Artifacts. Art in Mesopotamian Civilizations, Art of Egypt, Anatolian Civilizations, Aegean Civilizations, Cycladic Islands and Crete (Early, Middle and Late Minos), Greek Art of Mythology, Architecture, Sculpture and Ceramic Works and Art of Painting Etruscan and Roman Art (Architecture, Sculpture, Early Christian and Byzantine art. It is the examination, introduction and interpretation of the examples of Art, Roma and Gothic Art in Europe in the Middle Ages.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Can evaluate the Mediterranean Environment Civilizations and the Stages of Art in Europe until the Renaissance Period. 1.1.The art is evaluated in the historical process from the pre-historic to the Renaissance period. 1.2.Defines works of art and sculpture. 1.3.Classify and compose definitions of artworks belonging to paintings. 2 will be able to examine the development of the 2nd date in history. 2.1. Describes the works of art belonging to the aristocracy 2.2. Simulates the works of art belonging to the aristocracy. Categorizes artworks belonging to booths. 3. The Mediterranean will be able to compare artworks and currents around Europe and Europe. Compares the works and cultures of the first and medieval periods. Discuss the works and cultures of the first and medieval periods. 3.3.questions of ancient and medieval periods on works and cultures. 4. He will be able to interpret art works and movements around the Mediterranean and Europe. 4.1. Analyzes the art works and movements around the Mediterranean 4.2.
