OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Hukuk kavramı, hukuk sistemleri, Türk yargı sisteminin işleyişi, hukuki işlemler, olaylar , hak ve borç kavramları, sözleşme türleri gibi konularda genel hukuk bilgisi kazanılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Hukuk Kavramı, Hukuk Sistemleri, Hukukun Dalları, Hukukun Kaynakları: Asıl Kaynaklar ve Yardımcı Kaynaklar, Anayasa Yargısı, Adli Yargı, İdari Yargı, Dava Türleri: Hukuk Davaları, Ceza Davası ve İdari Davalar, Hukuki Olaylar, Hukuki İşlemler ve Haklar, Kişilik Kavramı, Kişilerin Sınıflandırılması ve Ehliyetleri, Dernekler ve Vakıflar, Miras Kavramı ve Kanuni Mirasçılar, Mülkiyet Hakkı ve Mülkiyet Hakkından Doğan Yetkiler, Borç Kavramı,Sözleşmeden Doğan Borçlar, Haksız Fiilden Doğan Borçlar, Sebepsiz Zenginleşmeden Doğan Borçlar, Borçların Hükümleri, Borçların Sona Ermesi, Sözleşme Türleri konularını içerir.

Hukuk kavramını, hukuk dallarını ve hukukun kaynaklarını bilir.
Dünyada mevcut olan hukuk sistemlerini ve Türkiye'de uygulanmakta olan hukuk sistemini değerlendirir.
Hukuki işlemleri, hukuki olayları ve kamu hukukundan ve özel hukuktan doğan haklarını bilir.
Kişilik kavramını ve kişilerin ehliyetleri bakımından sınıflandırılmasını yorumlar.
Türk yargı sistemini ve dava türlerini bilir.
Bir borç ilişkisini doğuran ve sona erdiren sebepleri tanımlar.
Sözleşme kavramını ve uygulamada karşılaşılan sözleşme türlerini yorumlar.
