OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to enable students to master the duties and responsibilities of the International Civil Aviation Organizations they will encounter in the field of study, and the principles in the aviation sector such as passenger services operations.
Contents of the Course Unit: ICAO, IATA and EASA Responsibilities, Slot and Permit Operations, Travel Documents, Duties and Responsibilities of Ground Handling Personnel, Dangerous Goods Awareness, Dangerous Goods Classification, Carrier and Buyer Responsibilities, Storage and Loading.
