Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is to introduce students to writing of formal and informal e-mail, various types of business, academic and daily letters, academic and active reading strategies, opinion essay writing strategies, oral communication skills for further study in the field. This course allows students to develop the skills necessary to interact with the public in a professional manner. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | This course covers the study of business-oriented topics, disciplinary texts, the use of relevant English formal terminology of the field of study as well as writing tasks. |
